Great breakfast! We had ours in the restaurant, which was nice. the room was super clean, and the bathroom was spotless too. the location was so convenient, just a minute's walk from the Military Wireless Museum 🏛️.

Everything met our expectations and we had a good experience during our stay.

Excellent service overall and parking on-site. The quick check-in process too. Marvellous and handy location to the Severn valley railway in a lovely area. Plus, 10 minutes drive from St Georges School.

Being told at reception on arrival that we wre allocated a room on the top floor and that the hotel had no lifts. As both my wife and myself are in our late seventies we would never have chosen this hotel for either its location as it was more than just distant from any public transport. Whilst there we only saw female staff so a climb of many stairs carrying our own bags was the only way to get to the room.

!. No lifts, Loction regards public transport. In my opinion it is only ! suitable for clients under the age of Fifty as there are no lifts and ! who have their own transport. I was under the impression before ! booking it was an ideal location to attend the Severn Valley Railway ! 60's weekend at Kidderminster Railway Station,that it was not.Private ! taxi cabs was suggested at reception as the bus stops were far away ! and the bus service unreliable.

House is conveniently located and has its own parking space. In the immediate vicinity there is a petrol station with a supermarket and the way to the city centre can be easily done on foot.

The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was roomy, and there was a nice writing table in the room. They also had an iron and a telephone available. 🛎️ Plus, you could order eggs cooked just the way you like them for breakfast.

Reasonable sized room. Bathroom with bath and shower - full sized bath towels. Very clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. On the whole a pleasant hotel to stay in. Just bear in mind the comments made below regarding the restaurant availability and internet. Also if you want to watch TV, then don't stay in room 9.

I stayed on a Sunday evening. checked in at around 4.30pm after a long drive. At check in I was informed that the hotel restaurant is closed on a Sunday evening due to them offerring a full Sunday lunch. This is mentioned in the hotel description. The receptionist explained that if I had telephoned a few days in advance they could have arranged some soort of meal. Another small issue was that my room(9) had a problem with TV reception and only had BBC 1&2 available. Reception said that they knew about this but didn't know why! They did provide me with another room. Finally, the wired internet in the room was very unreliable and kept losing connection, if you really need the internet I would recommend you bring your own moble broadband dongle. Mobile reception very good (O2)

The room we stayed in was lovely sized and had a writing desk, tea/coffee, and an iron. We enjoyed the good view of the gardens and Bewdley wood. the staff were excellent, everyone was happy to help, and they were smart.

Ideal location 20 mins walk from the centre. Very nice restaurant for breakfast. Amazingly helpful and patient staff at reception desk.

The room was comfortable.

No Internet access in the room, poor cleanliness, particularly in Bathroom. Very poor finish in Bathroom (peeling, dirty and cracked bath and basin Seals) Limited Menu in the restaurant and poor quality of food. Despite several complaints nothing was done to rectify any of these problems.

The frendliness of staff. The restaurant was good you had a choice whether to eat in the restaurant or the bar area. We were made to feel very welcome the room was of excellent standard and very clean and comfortable. The staff gave good suggestions of where to go.
